I have 4 years of experience in development and unfortunately I had to switch multiple technologies almost every year. Jack of most trades master of none:(. To switch to a different organization, should I prepare DS Algo? Or should I prepare well in my domain based tech stack and become an expert in it? Which route should I take? And any optimal way/tips to prepare DSA as I am out of practice with it

I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

I would suggest.
Prepare DSA upto a certain extent where you feel confident. You really dont need to become an expert here. That what I feel.
For domain tech stack. I think this is more imp.
If you have multiple tech stack domain knowledge then pick one and go few extra miles by doing research and dev in it by your own.
You can present yourself as having a great experience in it even if you really dont.. But you need some practice here to pull it off..
These both in combined would be enough to get you some opportunities..
