Does anyone work as a self contracted pharmacist or consultant pharmacist? How did you get your first role? I am working to get my consultant license. Have worked management exp. in retail and have worked as a contract pharmacist for IHS. Any advice would be wonderful.

I'm hiring soon for a clinical pharmacist roles to do prior authorizations from home. It's state programs and mainly 9 to 5. What should the compensation be? It'll include 3 weeks vacation and all holidays off btw.

Is starting salary of 70k good in retail, or am I being lowballed? MCOL city and have a couple of years of experience. I feel like this is low? What should I do?

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. But I don’t know why it went down another 10 points. More below:

Hi guys, I have accept the offer letter but due to some reason I want to extend DOJ (initial DOJ + 8 days). So, I mail her about this she told me start working on pre-joining formalities we will share new DOJ shortly. But it's been a two day's I haven't got any mail. So, How many day's it will take to revised offer with new DOJ ? Should I poke her every day ?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
