I have one more scheduled for next week, this morning I received an email from HR that there a couple other candidates still going through the process and won’t be done for another 1-2weeks. I appreciate the transparency but curious as to why they would reach out before I completed all my rounds and all candidate interviews were complete?

I am interviewing for a compliance role in Trading and Supply. I am only knowledgeable on AML risk but the other compliance risks I do not have a clue about like licensing, privacy, market abuse etc. For example, what does licensing pertain to. Is that the trader’s licensing??

My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

Isn’t 100k base pay too little at a boutique asset mgmt firm? 4 yrs buy side experience, started at the same firm straight out of college.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.
