Curious from my contractor folks. What is your rate for a senior level consultant doing config work and advisory? This is for nonprofits, but just to get a feel.

Have some folks reaching out to do some side work and I’ve only ran regular FTE positions, so not sure what rate I’d charge.

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Tech Stack - Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and Synapse analytics.
YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?

How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league.
