Is it typical for a GCD and multiple ECDs to be involved concept through production on integrated jobs (OLV, socials, etc). Rest of the team are CD, ACD team, mid level team. GCD and ECDs seem to have overlapping roles and often cause a bottle neck. Background: Holding Company agency, not a glamorous client, little potential to be award winning, been here 6 months and have not experienced this before.
