I have got an offer from TCS for 16LPA(14.5 fixed) Assistant Consultant. Now I have got another offer from a product company with 18LPA fixed. Is there any chance that I can negotiate with TCS with this offer? 7.5 Years of experience in Automation Testing. Or like what is the maximum package TCS can offer for an Assistant Consultant?

There are multiple grounds you can negotiate against. The main one is waiving your right to future litigation against the firm. Basically you try to work out a deal to get more benefits added to your package of you sign a a document waiving your rights to future litigation. Here is a good article that goes into more depth. http://www.forbes.com/sites/susanadams/2013/04/12/how-to-negotiate-severance-3/#62683224f49f
It all depends on years of service, level, and reasons for severance. Example would be junior level tends to get 8-10 weeks while management level gets 10-12 offered. From there both parties tend to negotiate based on the circumstance (multiple people being let go, on off being let go, etc). Typically there aren't policies in place the severance offered is based upon the situation at hand.
Oh,i didn't know you can negotiate severance package. On what grounds your employer would allow to negotiate? As in it's not like salary negotiation that they want your skills and desperately want you to join their firm. It's more like we don't want you, and why we should pay you more?
Good to know, thanks Manager 1
Some companies like DEloitte don't even negotiate
