Additional Posts in Offer Negotiations
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
How to negotiate & renegotiate offer?
Comp A - got the first offer
Comp B - got the offer by showing offer A
Comp C - got the offer by showing offer B
Now want to join Comp B. So which route would be optimum for negotiation again -
C -> A -> B OR C --> B

When you move, you also need to factor in the cost of living. Staying in areas like Kharadi, where most banks are located, can be more expensive compared to other localities. However, a new experience often brings opportunities and intangible benefits. The key is to calculate carefully—don’t stretch yourself so much that you regret it later. Exposure to a new environment can be a real plus. So, don’t look at it purely from a financial angle; consider the bigger picture, including money, family, and overall growth.
If you create a clear mental (or written) model listing the pros and cons in detail, and then ask yourself what you truly want. That approach usually leads to better, more balanced decisions—looking not just at money, but also family, lifestyle, and overall growth.
What's your YOE?
Yes, this switch isn’t primarily about money — it’s more about peace of mind. I really need a stable working environment, unlike my current one, and another major factor is the poor air quality. My only doubt is whether Barclays is the right place for me, or if the specific role I’m being considered for is a genuinely good fit, both in terms of the position and the company’s overall environment.
Soon pune's air quality is gonna be same as delhi, so it will not be new to you. Only thing new to you will be traffic/travelling since it's the worst
