I had a really hard time eating too — small snacks like a handful of blueberries were all I was really eating and I always felt too full to eat much. Ultimately smoothies with protein powder were how I got the intake I needed.
I used Perelel and liked it (it’s marketed to pregnant women, but that’s probably not necessary)
So normal. The bloating was outrageous. Second trimester went away
I had same issues until 13th weeks along with painful gas. My midwife suggested peppermint tea. I had 1 cup everyday afternoon 3pm, it helped with the symptoms.
