Currently a full time in office graphic designer for a promotional products company. Unhappy with my job and looking for a full time remote graphic design job. Been on and off applying for a little over a year. Not hearing back from companies. I’ve just updated my resume to hopefully help and I plan to update my portfolio a bit too. Any suggestions on at least getting call backs for interviews or companies to apply to? Preferably non-toxic work environments. Thank you!!

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
