What’s your rating? Idk how this is possible even in the worst economy and they wouldn’t council to leave at such low tenure
I never received a formal rating technically speaking but in my written review that was submitted by my last project team, they noted I was exceeding expectations in many cases
Just know this is likely an indicator of light pipeline and nothing to do with you
Idk if that’s true. I got zero indication of that from the DL when I asked him today about any insights into their decision for me. He said it was a combo of individual and peer performance, such as cryptic generic af answer. Thanks for telling me something I already know.
S& is pretty toxic with new hires. I saw them hire MBAs in July, couldn’t staff them, and then laid them off the following July. A friend who was on a visa got laid off. Good luck and just move on to your next role.
Understandable, that’s how it was at Accenture too but what I’m just shocked about is my strong performance as of late and only been at the firm for less than 6 months but it is what it is.
Did u get any negative feedback? Care to share the industry that you serviced on your last project?
Nope, first project there were a few areas of improvement opportunities I had but my formal written feedback for year end review was all positive and exceeding expectations in many cases. I was in the health services industry group, last project was growth strategy
What region is this in?
US
Very surprising - what group is this?
@PwC2 is it mainly the partners on the payer side? How is the provider side of things doing?
