That’s a really nice jump. What type of work would you be doing at Guidehouse?
100% remote and a 40% bump would be a no brainer for me
I never understand people who "love" their company enough to go through an entire recruitment process.
Bruh you know the decision. On the bright side you can always go back. Go get paid.
40%bump......
Just be prepared for potentially getting low raises and bonuses. I'm a Senior Consultant at $120K. My raises for the last two years have been less than 1%, with a $1500 bonus. I started applying to other places because I know I won't be receiving much if I stay. I'm from the health sector, so not sure if it depends on the sector

How many yoe?
Sounds like a nice bump and no travel! I’d go for it. Sorry, don’t know much about GH. Is the role similar?
Not everything is about money

That’s pretty hard to beat. If you have someone you trust within ACN (CC or otherwise) might you be able to express your situation? Also what progression point are you? And are you in a tier 1/2 city? Seems like a great opportunity, OP! Congrats!

Tier 3 = smaller than say, Denver? Would 100% jump. I would also understand telling your CC if you aren’t close makes it close to a done deal
I’m a senior analyst and I make 100 base at Accenture. You should jump
What will you be doing at GH? I had no idea our seniors made that much
Also curious, must be in Cyber or Analytics? Especially after only 2yoe.
If you are an ACN lifer, then stay and keep building your network and experience there. If you think you’ll move at some time down the line, then hopping now gives you more money and freedom now, and you can make your next move from there. How long will it take you to get to $140 at ACN? If you don’t like GH after a couple years, you’ll have options. A possible caveat is if you are trying to get an MBA and get financial assistance with it, assuming ACN does that then being loyal would help your case for that.
What team or group are you in Accenture?

How many YOE? Sector?
Move it and you can come back to Accenture anytime later with at least additional 10%! For senior it’s a good pay!
Guidehouse was PWC federal practice. They were purchased by a private equity firm when spun off
Guidehouse recently purchased navigant consulting. Navigant is a power house when it comes to consulting within the utility space around EM&V (regulatory requirements).
They’re going to do very well.
YOE? Specialization? I would make the jump tbh
Made C in 2 years after graduating college in 2018
Make the jump. You said yourself you already have the network in case you want to go back.
if accenture offered you 120k would you stay?

Uh no. Never take a counter as your image is already tarnished with your employer
Is guidehouse hiring? Very down to jump to a consulting firm with minimal travel and solid pay

If 1k annual increase and bonus means solid pay then yah!!! Lol join a boutique.
