Currently at Citi Private Bank as a VP Associate Banker in New York making 135k base plus bonus of 10%cap on my base. Have 7 years in the industry and recently started in April. Is Citi lowballing me with this comp structure and does anyone have experience at Citi/if they like it?

However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams.
