Today received Infosys offer: 16.5L fixed + 2.9L variable.
Worth accepting the offer and start my notice period?
In the worst case if I finally join them, my net post-tax salary will increase by only 7k monthly but if I assume Infosys pays at least 50% of that variable quarterly, my quarterly pay will increase by around 50k i.e. about 17k monthly.
Is this worth taking the risk?

I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?
