How much will be in hand ?

Hi fishes, I've 3.4 Yoe. Got an offer from Autodesk for the role of software engineer. The offer comprises 17L fixed+1.36L Variable Pay + 1.5 L joining bonus + 30000$ rsu for 3 years. I still have a month notice period. Is this a good offer or can i try others. Appreciate your suggestions.

PPP doesn't reflect real number. Its at country level while cost of living varies city wise,
Like if you compare Mumbai with Lucknow cost of living varies a lot including rental medical kids education... Etc.

Also consider taxation for more accurate figure.

It depends on city, your family status and your lifestyle.
If you are bachelor and then you can go for it. What you CTC here, you will save that much there.
But you have to do everything by your own there like cooking cleaning washing dishes and all.
But if I compare using PPP this 120k comes down to around 17lpa in INR, so just concerned about that.
Yeah, that looks low to me.
