Currently having 7.7 years experience in SAP BASIS with 21.2 LPA as CTC, I have attended couple of interviews back in Nov & Dec month but i was rejected in L2 round maybe coz of 90 days np or high package.. Currently i am frustrated in my current organization, my current manager is pathetic and has created s toxic work culture where upper management supports him and lower my reputation in such scenario can i take the risk to put down papers and search job for SAP BASIS role in these 90 days,
