Just like every other guy, it’s my dream to settle in the USA or any equivalent location. My problem is that I am not confident enough. I started preparing for CAT, failed miserably. I was demotivated. My job started paying me good money so I blindly upskilled myself technically. It’s been a while. Where is the problem ?

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

I am an Automation Test Engineer with around 7 yoe. Planning to learn AWS as I feel it will help me during interviews as a skillset. Since there are so many services in AWS, can anyone please suggest which services a QA person should master.
