Once your hiring manager responds, something I’ve found helpful myself is to go through online courses on whatever their tech stack is using. So for my upcoming role they use Python. So am taking myself through a python course on uDemy. In general, if you use uDemy, Colt Steele is a great instructor/course creator for coding courses - I’d highly recommend.

Congrats! I would love to hear how you were able to switch from consulting to PM, any tips would be appreciated.

Anyone has ideas or books on how to stop being so competitive? I always want to be the best in everything I do. It has already bought me very far in my career, but the downsides are that I also compare myself to friends in consulting and (of course) I am not always the smartest one or youngest at my position ... I always feed better by pushing other women down which is such a bad habit 😔 I have everything I want in my life and I really want to work on this character trait... please help
