About to start my first PM job after consulting. Any tips to get myself prepared and ramp up quickly? Books to read, courses to take, etc.? Currently doing ops consulting, no tech background.

I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? I'm leaning toward GL accounting at a publicly-traded company. My background is 3.5 years audit and 2.5 years technical accounting advisory.

Has anyone made the switch from accounting to sales, or moved into sales from a previous career? What was your experience making that transition?

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. Do you need an engineering degree to go into product management?
