I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

It depends. I’m leaving soon after one year to NYC. base is 110k - street level in nyc. There is no way they guarantee your bonus. The range won’t even be in your contract at all, and some firms like UBS, where my friend works at doesn’t even include the bonus language in the offer. So bonus really depends on which bucket you fall in at year end, firm performance, and the market. 85 base is ok if you are not in NYC Boston LA or SF. If so you are way underpaid.
I wouldn’t worry too much about the bonus, if you like the team and the work seems like something you would want to do, and also you see yourself living in Seattle for a year, do it. If you are top bucket at year end you will be compensated. The street level raise cause by GS13 also resulted in bank HR playing a dirty trick - higher base and lower bonus. Many of my friends in MM in Boston got 60k-70k this year. Barclays NYC has some 50k A1 bonus numbers. So total all in would be 170-180 this year for most (last year was def an exception). If you are interested there is a “2022 analyst bonus thread” on WSO. If I had to guess, your firm is sticking with the 85k structure like pre 2020 Wall Street and perhaps might be able to give you the 80% bonus or perhaps more? Where did you get the 75% from?
