Customer service is such a rite of passage 😅

Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Hahah I hadn't seen this meme before but this cracks me up. I have had people say that to me and I honestly would have never thought to say something as witty as this. I definitley agree that customer service is a right of passage. It does teach you a lot as well.
Oooof it is so true. I think every executive should have first hand experience with this!

Exactly what I was thinking!
That's funny and pretty apt. There have been times when I've wound up on the phone with people and did my best to help them, but it was just impossible to deal with them. And there were times where I honestly did help them, but they refused to recognize or accept it. No joke, some people can't take yes for an answer!

So true, most likely we know best what can or cannot be offered in a situation so it's best to take our word for it haha

I wish these memes were real sometimes

I know they are also people on the other side of these calls and emails but I just wish they would also realise we are people on this side too
