So I need help ! I received an offer for director position at pharma. How do I negotiate my offer? They are asking if I will be moving away from stock options, bonus and vacation. Can I lie about my bonus even though I have already received it? Will it convince them to give me a signing offer? Let me know please

Have you used or ever heard someone use oral progesterone during IVF? I did injections in my first round which failed, but the practice in my home country uses oral progesterone a lot. I looked up but couldn’t find much info on why not using the oral route in the US.. going to ask my doctor next week but just wondering if anyone knows—- getting daily shots is a little too much.. thank you!

The immigration firm(for the new company I’ve accepted offer from) reached out with a link to put in my details for H1 transfer. They specifically mentioned that they won’t support dependent immigration.
My wife is on H4, how do I go about her immigration requirements? Does she need a transfer or amendment on current visa once I get my visa transferred?

Does anyone think it’s a good idea to beg for a job and put your personal life out there to get sympathy, because that is what I am seeing every day on LinkedIn and then the recruiters and everybody will comment and send the jobs and they will end up with a job or interview the next day.
