Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Dual Employment issue:
I’ve done a mistake in past during employment and facing issue during verification of Tech Mahindra , They are highlighting overlap of one day as dual employment.
Is there any way to fix this overlap of one day casing dual employment.
Edit: I’ve worked in companies A, B, C
Company B, C employment duration are having overlap
Please advise my in hand monthly salary.

Yes dont ask for 18 at first if you are at 6 lpa ,first take decent hike of 100 per cent ,ask for 15 but accept for 12 or 14 also

Not sure how your package at 9 years can be 6 lpa
Very true.. they really dont.. i started off with 3LPA and got 2 promotions & with yearly hikes of 4 to 5%.. it only increased till 6.2LPA :(
And the company is cognizant. If in case i ask for 18LPA will there be chances of direct rejection from HR?
