Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. OP - good job blasting a large audit client for your firm. Social media team will be proud.
Former airline operations manager here (not for AA). Most weather delays are due to ATC and not a willingness to fly by an airline.
Occasionally an airline can request ATC delays specific to their flights due to a systemwide computer outage, or congestion at a hub such as a bank of departing flights being delayed due to weather and therefore a lack of gates to park arriving planes at, but that’s relatively unusual.
What’s the complaint? 🙄
Also ex- ops manager at an airline here - once the weather report is issued, it depends on several factors to cancel or not (instruments, qualification of pilots, ATC, etc). It could be a certain airline that cancels for weather and not ATC
AA sucks!
Get off your audit high horse dude
Uh I feel like it’s been the opposite for me. I notice that Southwest will cancel further in advance than AA, which will try to get the flights out or notify you about 5-6 hours before you fly that you’re not flying anymore 😂 don’t mean to rip on either airline, I get both sides.
