I'm having 3 YOE in sales. I have completed BCA + MBA. Currently I'm acting as a Key Account manager in Fintech domain for some leading Indian Bank/ NBFC clients as IDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank etc. I want to switch into some non tech roles as a BA or into consulting roles.

Can you all please let me know some non tech roles which I can transform into like Technofuction roles.

I have good communication skills as I daily interact with clients.

My YOE is 7 Years and Already holding offers for around 35 LPA Fixed.
Two questions?
1) Should I accept IN3 level with 7YOE?

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime.
