1. online assesment - 10 question related to DE, 1 sql, python question
2. Technical Interview - 1.5 hrs
3. Technical Interview - 1.5 hrs
4. Managerial round

I have completed first 2 rounds, is this actual process or they're doing double check on me?

Offer in hand 15LPA fixed, asked for 18LPA fixed (they agreed)

Whether my ask is low or i should have ask much more ?
