I really need help here. I have an offer of all big 4. Which should I join?

For those of you who are currently working at or have worked in the past in Deloitte, McKinsey, etc - What is it like working at the big 4 consultancy as a UX designer? Do you think you are able to get strong portfolios out of the work? Do you think it would help you career? Asking as someone considering to move from in-house to a consultancy.

What’s it like working at MBB at the manager level? Anyone here lateral from b4 or ACN? Have an offer and curious about your experiences.

Are there any roles in Big 4 for Computer Science majors? Not looking for tech strategy or implementation etc which don’t need hardcore CS skills.

Best paying firms in Toronto?

Obviously MBB pays the most but other ones that pay well? Looking to make ~200K (TC) at the M level

Big 4 post-MBA consultants - did y’all see a marked improvement in exit opps after you made manager? This is assuming you were in big4 strategy at the senior associate/senior consultant level right out of B-school. Thanks!

Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I have requested my HR for a revised joining date by 1 week at PwC as my last working day at my current company and PwC was colliding.
The HR assured me of an addendum letter but so far after 2 weeks I haven't received anything as such.

I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

1. How much is the 4% bonus in CTC of DEUTSCHE BANK considering 36LPA to be fixed(excluding PF and Gratuity).

2. Also, Is the fixed salary really like only Income Tax deduction or any other deduction as well? Note: Just had a offer discussion with HR, yet to receive my offer letter
