Deloitte India or PWC

I have been working in Deloitte India for 2 years now.
Total Experience- 5 yrs
Current CTC - 12.5

I got offer from Pwc for 19.5... where fixed is 15 and variable- 25%

But Deloitte India is retaining me with clawback period of 2 years..
And they are offering 16 LPA as fixed and 10% variable pay.


Should I stay back or should I choose PWC? Also will PWC give 20+ percent of variable for high performance?

accountant said he needs my IRS pin to e-file. Can anyone confirm this is legit?

I want to work for The Walt Disney Company corporate offices. Anywhere. I don't care where there's an office. I want to work for that company. I don't know how to drive in rain or snow, but if they have an office in places that snow, I WILL MAKE THE SACRIFICE 🤣

But I still have questions though 🤔 -

What is the culture like?
What are the work hours?
Does Disney pay for relocation for new hires like some of the FAANG companies do?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
