Post that no update from HR. Send multiple emails but no reply from them. Status is : interview in progress from past 2 wks.

Is there any hiring freeze in Deloitte USI? Is it normal to ignore the candidates like this..

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

Cleared the Partner round at Deloitte and moved on to HR round.

Any tips for prep ?
