Deloitte USI Internal Audit leadership is forcing professionals to come to office thrice a week. While few people are working from their homes comfortably (not even from their base locations), the others are being tracked to come to office. Why are they doing so? What impact would coming to office create when team members are at different locations and clients are in US?

Hi everyone - I made it to the final round of interviews with Amazon for a Program Manager position. They initially asked if I would relocate and at the time I said yes - however, due to my husband’s new job I’m no longer able to relocate.

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. I am financially independent but I feel guilty for not being there for them. Is there any possibility of getting transferred to Gurgaon office(a lot closer to my home)if I talk to my manager?
