Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Flew East Coast to India for a 60 minute meeting that got downgraded to about 40 minutes. Sold the work though.
Idk some smaller firms require economy on all non billable travel
Just under 9000 miles (one way), but not a day trip obviously. Day trip - coast to coast private jet with CEO

That’s not very far at all
San Diego to Baltimore. Too red eye, went to the meeting and return to San Diego after the meeting. Will never do THAT again.
Unfortunately SF. Literally flew for a meeting at 3pm then took the first am flight home
Chicago to Salt Lake City, in and out the same day. For a three hour meeting.
Phl to SFO. Last flight out the night before, red eye back to the east coast after the meeting the next day

Asia (from East Coast), so a bit under 9k miles. Took about a day each way to spend <24 on the ground...
Vegas to NYC for a session that was downgraded from an all-day event to a three hour meeting. Was late by 1.5 hours but the coordinator had said that would be fine because it’d be an all-day event. 😑
India from the US for a one hour meeting. Left Tues pm, got back Friday morning
Drove from NM to DFW Sunday night. First flight to LAX the next morning. LAX-PHX that evening, followed by PHX-DFW the following night. Long two days
Washington to Singapore several times for 2 hour meetings. SFO to Tokyo many times in coach for 1- 2 hour meetings followed by dinner and lots of drinks.
