What is it like working on Title IX issues? I'm only hesitant because sexual misconduct is so sensitive and I've got unresolved trauma of my own. Just got my H1 transfer approval notice today. I haven’t gotten the physical copy yet but the case tracker says it’s approved.

I’m eager to put in my notice but I’m scared that something could wrong before my start date (background check not going through, offer being rescinded, etc.). I don’t really have any reason to fear but the fear is there nonetheless, am I being irrational or can I put in my notice already? It would be nice to have some time off before my new start date.
