Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Strategy isn’t like the rest of our business so as a M1 in strategy you should not expect our CDO counterparts to also make that. A4 you know this if you’re in strategy; if you spent your time focusing on being a better consultant/person you’ll go far but it’s okay if you choose to instead spend your petty life trying to size people up and put them down.
$150 for SM is underpaid
$30k raise (but they admited I was well below market as a manager). Especially for exceeding expectations for 4 years straight lol. It was due.

SM at 150? What group/city/practice? I just got an increase effective 6/1 at C4 to 155. Strategy had a comp call to announce the increases

For Strategy at least this was a one-time thing. In future years it'll only happen during the yearly talent discussion process
