I am currently in H1B and my i140 got approved in Jul'21. And I got a new job offer from one of the FAANG recently. 180 days is not yet completed from i140 approved, and my current H1B is going to complete in Jun'22.(Complition of 6 years) 1. Can I join the new company with in 180 days of i140 approved? 2. Will I get 3 years of visa extension in H1B transfer process? 3. What would happen , If my employeer revoke i140 after I join the new company? Any Other suggestions in this situation ?

Hi all, my sibling applied for a B2 tourist visa and put tentative trip dates in July as the earliest appointment available was only in June. She was now able to reschedule appointment in April. Can she then travel in May even though she put the travel dates in July ?

This is probably a stupid question... Whenever I look online for I-140 filing for L1A visa holders (EB1C) application, I can almost always see discussions on I-765 filing. Why are they filing I-765 (EAD) if they're already holding an L1 visa which allows them to "work"? I recently filed I-140 and I am on L1A visa as well and EY Law did not mention anything about I-765.

So my boyfriend said he has issues with me having student loans. I got my masters and bachelor's degree on my own because I come from a low income family. His father makes 300k and paid for all his education. According to my boyfriend he isn't sure if he could settle with me due to my debt. My new employer filed my H1-B transfer under premium processing and my case status online says, “Case was approved and my decision was emailed”. The immigration firm isn’t responding and I want to know is there anything wrong with respect to visa transfer that can happen now? Any experiences will be helpful. Thank you for your help :)
