A little of each. My parents taught me basics and family recipes. From there, I would play around in the kitchen. And for very specific things I will follow a book.

Definitely love passing on family recipes. I feel like nothings beats that. My grandmother had this special dish that no matter where I go nothing beats it

My Peepah (grandfather) taught me when I was young. We would watched Emeril or Food Network before trying out a dish. His dad was a chef so it was just quality time spent together. He always let me scream, “Bam!” when I added seasonings. Miss him lots.

Hahaha. Love the support on the “bam” sounds like you had an amazing time with your peepah

I learned on my own with assistance from cookbooks, magazines and television.

Oh, Italy, too

I mostly learned from my Momma,...but I've picked up some things along the years from the internet.

Dinner tonight; bbq’d swordfish (got caught in my tongs a bit...those are beyond sausages - daughter is a vegetarian ), rice with caramelized onion, roasted corn and peas, grilled zucchini with burrata and roasted tomatoes. The tomatoes should have been mixed with the zucchini but my wife and son don’t eat tomatoes.

Saw this post by Bloomberg business and found it laughable. I’ve only really gotten into whiskey, specifically bourbon over the past year or so but I’ve never really thought of the color as a driving factor in what I choose or what drives a bottles value

Currently I am working as senior software engineer in a product base company. My tech stacks are React, Redux, Node, AWS and Graphql. I am thinking to switch the carrier in Block Chain or Data Science. Will it be a good decision to make the shift.

If it's okay to shift. Could you please help me with the steps for preparation? I will really appreciate the help.

Thanks a lot.
