Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Some people in Accenture sap practice are narcissistic. They dont understand what they have worked on is not the thing every one works on and what the project requirements are for which the hiring needs to be done. and that in the interview concepts need tl be checked and not support or implementation experience. Anyone can google and understand those processes. They have been given the authority even to decide the role and level after tech round. And out of sheer lack of maturity or experience or ego they sometimes give irrational feedbacks like assigning a senior analyst role to a 10 year experienced and knowledgeable consultant. Whereas assignments team lead or managerial roles to 7 years experience people.
I am saying this as i have 9 years of abap experience. After a menacing interview and clearing it hr said to me we offer you role of senior analyst with a salary of 11.8 lpa with 15% variable and fact being they knew my current salary was 16 lpa . When i asked her how can they make such illogical decision of offering negative package she said its based on tech panel feedback and i was like wtf. I am sap hr abap sme and have quite good experience in hana abap as well and that person just judged me as a senior analyst after asking just 5 to 6 questions. Even aftee telling that i am leading a team in my current role.Their hr have no idea of position mapping and keep doing such blunders.
