How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

Need some advice. Got a verbal offer from MITRE for $162,500 and 10k signing bonus (their retirement matching is insane as well). From my contact who referred me, they said for my experience anywhere from 140-155k would be good (11 YOE and masters degree). I am currently doing my full-time internship at a startup where I am getting paid 17$/hr. I will most probably be continuing with them in Fall as a part-time and asked for an upgrade to 25$/hr. I asked for that upgrade because I already have around two years of experience outside of Canada as a social media executive in a multinational company.
