What is this "Tax Tech" I keep hearing about?

Have you ever in-charged an engagement where your staff are higher ranking than you? E.g. you're staff 1 in charge of a staff 2 and a 1st year senior. What is your advice for others in this spot?

If I'm forced to use my vacation, floater, etc. towards my study leave for CFE but I have vacation booked for right after CFE, will PwC still let me take that vacation as a "leave of absence"?
