Most brokers have, essentially, stopped allowing shorting on DWAC due to a lack of shortable stocks.

One of the big ways in which the short squeeze on GME, AMC, and others was reversed was based on buying OTM calls to limit risk/margin calls based on future short squeeze spikes.

Given that DWAC is not optionable, its going to be incredibly susceptible to further short squeeze spikes.

I recognize that the fundamentals make no sense but this is about market dynamics rn.

I recently bought my 1st home in TX. I want to get into real estate and eventually own/rent out multiple homes. Are there any good recommendations/tips on books/articles/websites that others have used to get started?

I've read about HELOC and cash out refinance to get a 2nd home but articles are so scattered that it gets confusing which is better in terms of tax benefits and immediate costs, etc. Anything others have found helpful that summarized how to get started would be great!

For diet reasons, I don't drink alcohol. But I drink sodas occasionally. Like at company happy hours, etc. From a health perspective, is this kind of hypocritical? I think they are both nutritionally near 0 value. I do enjoy the taste of soda more than alcohol. With a shift in Corporate direction, our comp/bonus/incentive plan had historically been based on overall opportunity booking values. The Corporate shift is to drive more ARR and client migration sales (from legacy products, looking for modernization). With that, the booking values for these are significantly lower than net new deals. Has anyone been involved in a paradigm shift like this and proven that the paid incentives/bonuses end up comparable with more deals at less overall dollar value?
