Do Parthenon, Strategy&, OW and other consulting firms offer international secondments the way MBBs do?

Ow transfers people from one office to the other. S& is very political. PwC offers secondments.

Aww feeling left out are we EY1?

I'd guess Parthenon falls under the same global mobility programs that the rest of EY does, and yes, we have those application based foreign rotation programs generally.

I work in US Taxation in EY and carry an experience of 2 years. I am thinking to shift my career from US tax to either external audit or internal audit. Also if audit, which one to prefer external or internal audit.

Anyone else just sitting around waiting for the ax to drop? I'm a soon to be 2nd year corporate associate who has seen work completely dry up. My utilization held pretty steady around 50% immediately after shutdown, but August was below 15 billables with no appreciable work in the pipeline. Aside from letting people know I'm available and doing pro-bono/CLE, it's starting to feel like a serious "covidcation" leading to termination.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
