Which B4 strategy group is best?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I’m not convinced this is the case... all else equal, higher tier work experience probably gives a better chance, but I don’t think schools want just a bunch of McKinsey and Goldman kids running around either.
Thanks! Interesting...

Strong performers at T2 almost always get into M7/INSEAD/LBS with some landing HSW
Can confirm. Everyone from my start class that applied to an M7 got in. A couple at HSW

The idea that T2/Big 4 applicants that are working in consulting don’t add any value compared to MBB or BB bank applicants is actually the most ignorant statement I’ve heard in a few months. I would make the argument that your ignorance would be detrimental to an MBA program and as a result you should be accepted to an M7 program regardless of how “prestigious” your background is. Learn some humility, it will carry you further than the titles you hold.
Can confirm Deloitte GSAP places well in M7 outside of H/S, particularly Wharton Kellogg and CBS
I don't think it is because applicants work for MBB/BB banks, but maybe because the caliber of students who these companies hire are usually cut from a certain cloth... MBBs pipeline consists of those who graduated from top-tier programs and have an interesting and unique background (from the most part).
Obviously, T2/T3 consulting (Kearney, OW, s&, big4, ACN/ACN strat) has a good amount of these candidates too, but nowhere near as much as MBB.

Agree with this. Also, firm culture plays a role in how many top performers are interested in MBAs. They have been considered extremely optional at Kearney for at least a decade, so a good portion of fast track people decide not to do them. I know attitude/policies about MBAs have changed more recently at MBB, but I’d bet you still have a lot more people proportionately decide to go get one.
Obviously
Everyone I know who has gone from OW to b school has only gone to M7s. A few from Tuck / Stern / Darden / Ross, but all those folks came from those schools (or other jobs) to OW, not the other way around
Don’t think anyone at a T2 or strategy arm of b4 has any difficulty getting into m7. Maybe b4 audit / assurance.
From relatively small boutique going to CBS next year and have heard of tons of people this cycle with “better” WE that got dinged. Just one anecdotal example.

@PE there are many from no name PE that get into M7
Why do people talk about t2 and b4 as if they are the same? Unless we are talking about D or s& teams, b4 strategy/ops is easier to get into than t2 and pays less. T2 pays the same as MBB, at least at junior levels
True. I think it is widely accept that B4 (as well as Accenture) is T3. EY-P, S&, ACN Strat, and D S&O are arguably T2 in terms of prestige/comp
