I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 12 years of relevant experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany ( already done with client interview). My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Is it the same like other MNCs - TCS , Infosys, HCL,Wipro etc? Or how much I can ask? Mindtree
My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

If you want the job send the thank you email
Or, don't send a "thank you" and see if you get the job. How much time and energy will you spend to write a short note? I sent a "thank you" email for the phone interview, but when I met at their office, I knew it wasn't the job for me, so no "thank you" was sent. I could have sent a "thanks, but no thanks", but my happiness was more important than any job.

Yup!
I don’t think a thank you letter is needed. If they like you, it doesn’t matter.
I stopped sending thank you letters and following up after interviews. It doesn’t seem to matter and is a waste of time when doing interviews. The job offer I ended up with recently (and my last job) did not include any thank you email from me. But throughout the process I tried to thank the interviewer verbally or in response to recruiter emails.
Unless it's a REALLY small company where the founder / CEO is involved in every hire and is wholly preoccupied about culture and fit...no, you don't need to send a thank you notes. No decent, professionally-run company (not small business; company) is making hiring decisions based on thank you notes.

It's low-cost, and sometimes can help leaving an impression. It won't hurt, though it certainly won't raise your chances meaningfully.
