If anything it’s a plus. They care enough to move.
I think it depends if you want/expect a relocation package of some kind. If you are willing to foot the bill yourself for that it likely doesn't matter that much.

You’re high enough up that they’d probably pay for relocation costs.
Good candidates are often to find, so agencies don’t mind you relocating. Some will even pay a substantial relocation bonus for you to move.
Over the course of my career, I moved from NYC to Boston for a job, then back to NYC 18 months later when a better position was offered. Then, I moved to two different cities in Ohio to take agency jobs. Then, an agency in Orlando recruited me. And finally, a company owner in Tampa recruited me to help launch a new network marketing company.
All but one of those agencies, as well as the company, paid for me to relocate.
