Everyday of my life
Drugs.

My friends who work and still party are the ones who really blow my mind
Mondays amirite folks
YEP. This is actually a photo of me every single Monday morning. I have found that on those days if I get myself a little treat aka get myself a coffee on the way to work, the day seems to be a little easier.
So real, get caffeinated buddy
Oh, sure do. And then over time it becomes a game of how to deliver the right amount of substance (caffeine, and whatever else) which allows you to be productive in the world, while also keeping that tolerance in check.
Then it becomes obvious that the same two cups of joe in the morning are not getting you to where you need to be, and those two afternoon cups start coming sooner and sooner in the day.
So you try to go completely caffeine-free on the weekend, to help maintain as much effects of the caffeine as possible for the workweek. But if you still have to get some adulting done which you've been putting off during the week, or do anything requiring getting out of bed, that's gonna be hard.
If you're lucky you can swing a 1-2 week vacation in which there's no need to drink any caffeine at all. Then you can make a real dent in your tolerance levels. And when you return it's an almost magical feeling, and you know exactly why caffeine is such great stuff for getting things done.
But then by 3 weeks later, you're just ramping that caffeine consumption right back up...
Sounds about right.
