Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte
Hi Fishes, Can Anyone please tell, one of my friend joined Tech M in August, At the time of joining she was 3 months pregnant and now shes worrying about her manager. She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

Hahaha great question. I always assume it’s going to be some of the worst code I’ve ever seen (and I’m always right about this). I try to instead focus on fundamentals. Like, “if you were given two lists of integers, how would go about comparing the lists?” Very open-ended so I can see how they interpret the question (are they going to port the lists into a data frame, are they going to generate summary stats, etc.)

Ok, cool. I've been giving advice to check out hackerrank/leetcode and that's the kind of question they have. Honestly that seems way easier than fixing their code.
It isn't really wrong until you've seen someone right justify their code.
