Do you think it's better for a brand to show up consistently with very average AI generated content, or is it better to show up on a less regular basis to your audience, but its all original human made content?

I'm seeing a lot more newsletters, social posts etc. From brands but a lot of it is very average and clearly follows an AI written formula. I'm losing interest (and respect) for these brands because of it.

Assuming I’m justified in thinking I deserve a higher bonus/salary, who should I talk to about potential raises (HR, management, etc.)? Should I say that I’m considering other options? (Details below)

Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does.
