Like most things in life, it's all about balance. Individual performance can get you far, but you can also be severely limited by your ability to participate in a team and make connections with those around you. Although it you can only pick one then I'd say solo working, since you can try to make it as an independent.

This is a tricky one. Generally, I'd say one combination of both is the balance everyone should aspire for. But if I have to choose, I'll say it's more important to be a good solo worker. Which one do you think is more important?

Depends entirely on the role. In some roles, individual contribution far outweighs team work. In other roles, teamwork is essentially the whole job.
