Do you usually bring up all of your expectations during the oral offer?
The salary range for this role is $85–$120K, and during the final round I told them I expected at least $100K. I’m fairly confident I’ll receive the offer, but I still have a few concerns about their work schedule, and ideally I’d like to negotiate above $100K.
Is the oral offer the right time to bring up these questions and negotiate, even though their benefits are great?
