Does Accenture offer completely remote work for management consultants?

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

I have 3 years of experience. Got selected in HCL.
I have an offer from Nagarro of 15 LPA, but HCL is saying we will 16 LPA, more than 16 LPA will be over budget for your experience.
How much is salary for 3 years experience in HCL?

How do you respond when someone asks your salary? Give me both- where you tell a number and where you don't. Also if I'm giving out a number (obviously to a close one), should I say my package(including stocks)? or my in hand salary before tax? or in hand salary after tax?

I can see many post and comments for International offer,select for better quality of living. I would like to know what does mean for better quality of living other than India.
