Does American airlines provide in-app upsell upgrade offers to Business/Premium economy if I don't have status with them?

I booked an economy ticket on a long haul flight a month back expecting to upgrade using upsell offers in the app but I haven't seen any offer yet.

Do you think potential bosses get intimidated when a candidate for a job has about the same amount of experience as them? And won’t hire them for fear that employee might try to take their job once they get in. I know a Sr who has been looking and wondering if this might be a roadblock for her.

Currently Platinum on Delta flying 3,000 miles a week but headed to b-school in the fall with an American hub. Worth switching to AA for the next few months or should I keep racking up Delta skymiles?

Best SPG or Marriott in San Francisco?

Marriott mega bonus says "A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel reagrdless of check-in and check out activity". So in theory I can stay at brand 1 on day 1, brand 2 on day 2.

I was on an AA flight that turned around near the final destination due to "air conditioning problems," landed back in Philly, then we reboarded a few hours later.

What should my demands be?
