I hope someone here can help me 🫶🏽. I graduated from Rutgers Business School with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, 2021. I am currently an Area Operations Manager at Amazon ( 7 months in the role). However, I am looking for a better opportunity.

I feel burned out working 14/15 hours a day and only getting paid for 10hrs. With no motivation to go to work, my mental health it’s not where it needs to be because there’s always so much drama in my work place.

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Any thoughts on salary/pacakage for a Solutions Architect position in London vs Amsterdam? As the cost of living in Amsterdam is around 10-12% cheaper, would it have an impact on salary?

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

- I have curly hair, can only wash it once a week/put dry shampoo if needed
- I brush my teeth 2 times a day
- Wear deodorant / perfume every day (my way, and good girl) and shave off any hair (I did laser but still), as much as possible. Some days, I cannot keep up with shaving (especially if it won’t show)
- I wear pantyliners and change it once a day/ change panties once a day
- I shower my body every day

I need to do a timeline with lots of information over a long period of time. I wanted to that in Tableau, but partner will not pay license and data is sensitive so I cannot use Tableau public.

Having a baby and looking for consulting exit opps. I’ve been in strategy consulting for two years and recently promoted to manager. All projects were in tech or LS. Prior to consulting I have 10 yrs of Pharma experience with a MS in Engineering (non-CS) and data science. Fluent in Python, Ruby and Java but never coded professionally. I sent my resume in PDF to the headhunter. He put it in Word, reformatted the sections, changed some languages, sent it back to me for my review. Then he set up a call with me to go through all possible questions I may be asked in the interview, and give me sample answers. Now I’m confused

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
