Does anybody know how the CVS Health Colleague Referral program works? Or what the process for referring somebody is?

Applying as a PM & asking current employee for rec. He's generously offered but admitted he's not too familiar with the process. It'd be great if I could provide clarity and make it less complex on his end. I'm just not sure what I'm asking for specifically / what particular steps he has to take to make it happen.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

Am I the only one whose time entries get worse the busier and more chaotic a specific case is? Like for example preparation for a dispositive hearing with a lot of factual and legal issues that’s treated like a fire drill. My time entries are chaotic and rereading at the end of the month I feel like the time was totally justified but also like wow it sounds like we were jumping all over the place and we were, lol time entries were not your typical sequential one step at a time thing.
